Very nicely located on the Rur, friendly and quick good cake

The cheesecake I tried was not one of the best desserts they had. The rest of the cakes looked very good, you should try them. The Schnitzler was average, nothing to write home about according to my boyfriend.

Been there on Saturdays. Very tasty and very friendly. Gladly again....

We were there at 5:00 p.m. and were told that we could only eat cakes as no hot food was being prepared because it was closed at 6:00 p.m. In addition, the service was not very friendly. The cake was ok but just mediocre industrial grade in my opinion. We won't be back anyway. Pity! The cafe is good for hikers and day trippers.

Nice cakes

We only had a couple of hot drinks here. To be honest, I've never drunk cocoa this bad. If you are mixing from the machine without fresh milk, please use enough powder. It tasted like brown colored water - really not a particularly appetizing experience. With the best will in the world, not to be recommended.

Cake, especially strawberry cake, is very tasty. Only coffee can get better.

Beware, here one miscalculates the change in his favor. Doesn't the fat old waiter get enough hourly wages? We were very upset and will no longer enter this cafe. We didn't call the police. But we will do this should it happen again. This is not a trifle !!!

Beware, whoever is here alone as a stranger, should not lose sight of his bill when paying: I paid today with a 50 Euro bill and get change back to 20 €. When I complained, I was cheekily told that I had paid with a € 20 note. But I had paid with a 50 Euro note. I knew that for sure. He had already inserted my 50 Euro bill. I can not describe the perfidious sleight of hand of the big-bellied waiter here in detail, but I'm sure I'm not the only stranger who has been cheated, as I've already read in other portals.
